  1. All prices quoted are in AUD (unless expressly quoted) and are exclusive of GST.
  2. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless expressly agreed and stated.
  3. The prices quoted are either on FOB or C&F terms. Insurance, generally, will be at the buyer’s risk, unless otherwise expressly agreed and stated.
  4. All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Brisbane, Australia.
  5. If you have received a notification of change of our bank details at any time, please confirm the new details with us before remitting funds.
  6. Because the items supplied are conforming to AUS/NZ standards, to entertain any claim regarding the specification or defect, a test certificate from an Australia or a New Zealand authority will be required.
